Joby Allan operates as the Lead Minister by being a point-man for the various ministries at MCC. He organizes and oversees the staff, office operations, facilities, finances, and generally anything that makes things "go" around here. He has a "git-r-done" attitude that helps to propel ministry at MCC. He is the minister over the People POD that handles various ministries that include, Pastoral Care, Missions, Involvement (Men's Ministry & Women's Ministry), Outreach, & Evangelism.

General:

I am married to the beautiful Kim on July 8, 1989 in Columbus, Ohio. Kim and I met while we were students at Kentucky Christian University where I earned my Bachelors Degree. We have been blessed to have two children, Jacob in 1993 and Jonathan in 1994. Two boys 18 months appear a handful and joy at the same time. We moved to the Cincinnati area and started on staff here in June 2002.

Hobbies / Personal Interests:

Weight Lifting, Ohio State everything, Golf, photography & almost any sport.

Pet Peeves:

My pet peeve is when people while entering traffic on the interstate apply their brake. “push the other pedal, please!”
