"Power On"
October
God wasn’t done after He revealed His amazing power through the resurrection of Jesus. Through that event the power of salvation was made available, but there is another powerful event that takes place at the same time we accept God’s gift of grace in our lives. It’s the power of the Holy Spirit. He made His appearance just about fifty days after Jesus’ resurrection, and since then has been the church’s source of power. As we read through the Bible we see that this Person as a vital part of the life and power that we should have as God’s children and witnesses. In October we will be exploring that power!
